Tuesday is ladies' competition day and a men's diddley where male members can turn up and enter a roll up competition. Also evening diddley in the summer.
Wednesday is usually social golf and veterans' team match day. Also evening diddley in the summer.
Thursday is social golf and a men’s diddley where male members can turn up and enter a roll up competition. This is usually a qualifying competition for handicap, which allows members who can’t play in the weekend competition to maintain a handicap.
Friday is usually social golf and ladies' 9 hole diddley.
Saturday is normally men’s competition day and sometimes ladies' competition afternoon.
Sunday is normally casual golf, alternative competition day, mixed diddleys and members' knockouts. Junior competitions and coaching is usually in the afternoons.
Team matches are normally played midweek evenings for men’s teams and either midweek evenings or weekend day for ladies.
The club hosts friendly games against clubs such as Langland and Tenby home and away during the year.
In winter there is an active winter league on Sunday mornings for all abilities.
There is also an extensive programme of Turkey Trots and winter competitions for members to enter and maintain handicaps.
Knock out competitions are very popular at the club with members keen to see their name on the winners' boards in the clubhouse.
Juniors have allocated times and competitions throughout the year.
Pennard provides inclusive golf for all abilities and ages of members. We are fortunate to have a golf course which allows us to provide excellent golfing conditions all year round.
We use grass tees all year, trolleys are not restricted and it is a rare occasion that Pennard is ever closed!
We are "The Links in the Sky".
